HEDIS 2019 medical records retrieval alert

Magellan Complete Care would like to remind our providers that we require their cooperation and assistance with collecting medical records for the Health Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) reporting beginning January 28, 2019. This is an annual requirement of the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).


Important information to note:

Medical record collection period

The medical record collection period is from January 28th– May 10th, 2019.


The bonus

In an effort to help our providers to meet these annual requirements, we are offering a $10 bonus payment per record as an incentive if they supply the medical record(s) requested by March 8th, 2019.

Please note: There are no exceptions for delays. Bonus payments will be disbursed once the medical collection has been completed on May 10, 2019. If a provider is part of a group, payments will be issued to the group.


How you will be contacted

You may be contacted by fax, email, and/or phone by a staff member from Magellan Complete Care or our NCQA-certified HEDIS vendor Health Data Vision, Inc. (HDVI).

Upload the records image directly to our vendor secured portal at Please include the Chase ID number.

EMR/EHR Access


If you have an electronic medical record (EMR) or electronic health record (EHR) system, you may grant us temporary access to collect the information.
